Please note shipping times are estimated and are calculated from the date the order is placed and include processing times. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. We use trusted shipping couriers and make every effort to ensure your order reaches you within the stated time frame. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods, such as Black Friday.
We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date and when selecting your delivery option.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by The Hella Shop. For more accurate information, we’d advise getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
We are extremely confident that you will be satisfied with our products, however if you’re not 100% feeling a product then worry no more! Our returns policy lasts within 14 days of delivery so you can return items hassle free for a full refund* providing our returns guidelines are met.

Items must be returned to us via a traceable delivery service so that we can confirm we’ve received them. If a return is made without a traceable delivery service this can cause for your return to be turned down or delayed.
Please make sure you do not return the parcel to the manufacturer.
Please note that all sunglasses, swimwear and cosmetics are non-refundable / non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
