Can I make a change to my order?

Here at The Hella Shop our processing and handling team work fast to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Therefore, we are unable to make amendments to orders or cancel orders once they have been placed.

We are also unable to amend any given delivery details once the order has been processed. Please ensure that all delivery address details are correct to avoid disappointment.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Tracking details are available on all orders; a tracking code will be sent to the email address provided when placing order. You will be able to track the location of your order online via the selected courier's website.

Discount codes:

After an order being placed, we are unfortunately unable to add a discount code. Please make sure that a discount code is applied at checkout (if applicable) as we are not able to make changes after check out

Faulty items?

If you have unfortunately received a faulty item from us please contact us within 12 hours of receipt with:

 

  • Your order NO.
  • Description of item that has been damaged
  • Description of fault
  • Photographic evidence

Unless photographic evidence of faulty item/s has been verified, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
